Troubleshooting

Occasionally the flasher doesn't immediately recognise a phone when it is plugged in. In this case please unplug the phone, power it off by holding down the power key for at least 8 seconds (even if the screen is black, and the phone appears to be powered off) and plug it in again.

Occasionally the flasher fails to run to completion. In this case please try executing the OneClickFlasher again.

In the Windows environment, the USB autodetection and driver installation may cause trouble: You may need to connect, wait for drivers, disconnect the cable, power off, and reconnect several times. If this fails it may help to re-install the driver, to do this stop OneClickFlasher, open Control Panel thenPrograms and Features and then remove Nokia Connectivity Cable Driver from the list. The driver will installed again when you run OneClickFlasher next.
In Windows environment the Program Compatibility Assistant might appear sometimes after flashing is finished. Click This program installed correctly to close the Program Compatibility Assistant.

In Mac OS X environment executing the flasher occasionally causes the keyboard and touchpad to become unresponsive on certain MacBook Pro laptops. Even if interaction with the computer is not possible, the device flashing will finish successfully. Please ensure that you have saved the contents of all open files before running OneClickFlasher.
