It has been estimated that Samsung’s total marketing spend this year might reach the dizzy heights of $13 billion according to analysts Benedict Evans.
As Tizen is a new Operating System, it will take the might of that Marketing power and the assistance of the Tizen Association to get the OS to become a serious contender. Within the next few years Tizen is hoping to become third place in the OS wars with Android and iOS leading the pack.
