Photofunia is a simple to use cloud-based photo editing app, that lets you create some amazing collages with a few clicks. When it first launched it was truly the first of this type of app. Now, the company has confirmed to our very own Joydeb Rana that they will indeed be bringing a Native version of their app to the Tizen Store and will hopefully be releasing it before the New Year!

This isn't the first time that the team behind Photofunia have been developing a Tizen Native app, but some changes to the Tizen SDK meant that they had to re-start some of the work.

It's great to have this app coming to the Tizen Store as it not only helps enrich the diversity of Tizen apps, but also shows the progress that Tizen smartphones, such as the Samsung Z1, Z2, and Z3 are having and the confidence that companies like PhotoFunia see in this new platform.

What can you do with this App? Just in case you don't know, you can take any photo and add effects and create funny face photo montages. You can see your chosen picture on the cover of a magazine or on advertising billboards of Times Square if you so wish. There are 300+ effects that you can choose from, so there's something for everyone.
