Samsung has started the roll out of its recently announced wearables from the Gear line along with another recently launched Samsung Galaxy Note 8. The company’s Note 7 garnered a lot of bad rep to Samsung and hence the Note 8 has to gain back trust from Samsung users. Recently, Samsung electronics announced that the Note 8 will be arriving to Malaysia.
But if that was all, we wouldn’t even be writing this post. Samsung also announced that the Gear Fit2 Pro will be making entry into the country very soon. While we know everything there is to know about the Gear Fit2 Pro (even before the official unveiling at IFA 2017), its always interesting to see the price tag they have been assigned with all the Non-US markets. The price for the gear Fit2 Pro in Malaysia happens to be RM799. The device is available in two colors- Midnight Black an Diamond Red, while the customization choice with different straps is almost endless.
Talking about the Gear Fit2 Pro, while this wearable fitness tracker still maintains most of the aesthetics of the older Gear Fit2, the improvements it brings with it is what makes it the worthy successor to the Fit2. The Gear Fit2 Pro can be worn even while you’re in the pool for a quick swim as it has 5ATM protection combined with the ability to track water based activities. The Gear Sport also has support for apps developed by its partners such as Speedo and Urban Armour. Even Spotify music playback is an easy task for the Gear Fit2 Pro.
